Upcoming Local Events

Roscommon Lamb Festival
Running from Wednesday 30th April to Monday 5th May, this festival promises to appeal to both town and country, young and not so young. Events include a gala dinner with our celebrity chef Rachel Allen, a wool fashion show, a global cooking event, wool spinning, lamb barbeques and farming events. The festival will also have a street carnival of music, song, pavement art and theatre events. Full details and brochure available at
