Clann na nGael Notes

St. Stephen’s Day
The annual ‘Married’ V ‘Singles’ game takes place on St Stephen’s day in Johnstown at 1.30pm. The last two games took place in Arctic conditions, but we are promised a balmy 11 degrees for the game this year, so those who attend will be treated to a high scoring game. There will be a full evening of entertainment in the clubhouse afterwards. This year funds raised will go to the Mater Heart house, where screening for Sudden Adult Death Syndrome takes place. The video of our recent cycle will be shown. All are welcome to play in the game, the more the merrier. Bring along a friend!

Lotto
Next week’s lotto draw will take place in the clubhouse on St. Stephen’s day during the festivities. Sellers are asked to have tickets ready for collection in their usual locations at 1pm St. Stephen’s day or else bring them to the clubhouse before 3pm. Jackpot next week €2,200
