We have learned that as of Wednesday 10 December 2008 the Cornafulla telephone exchange has been broadband enabled so many people in the Drum area should now be able to get connected to broadband through their phone line. This is a welcome development and an impotrant piece of infrastructure. Sales representatives from some of the telecom companies have already visited homes in the area trying to attract customers.
